RaiseWise was created by Francesca Rossi following years of work with founders, venture capital and private equity firms, investment teams and growing companies. Her experience across fundraising preparation, investor communications, business strategy and commercial growth has informed the methodology behind the platform.

RaiseWise helps founders assess their readiness, strengthen their materials and identify potentially relevant investors — without claiming to make introductions or guarantee funding. The founder remains responsible for verifying investor information, making contact and deciding how to proceed.

The intended journey is deck assessment, startup financials, a Raise Brief, and then a shortlist of firms that may fit the raise. Further capital routes — including grants, debt and accelerators — are planned for later phases.
